Are you hands-on, practical, and looking for an opportunity within a fast-paced manufacturing environment? We're recruiting Production Team Members to join a growing team in Shoreham-by-Sea, supporting the assembly and production of high-quality engineered products.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy working as part of a team, take pride in producing quality work, and are keen to develop their manufacturing skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow standard operating procedures and work instructions accurately
• Carry out assembly and production activities to required quality standards
• Meet productivity targets and cycle times
• Maintain high standards of safety, quality, and housekeeping
• Complete daily 5S and preventative maintenance activities
• Work flexibly across multiple production areas as required
• Identify and report equipment or component issues
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety and environmental procedures

What We're Looking For

• GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent)
• Basic computer skills
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to work effectively within a team
• Comfortable carrying out manual and repetitive production tasks
• Previous manufacturing, assembly, production, or engineering experience would be advantageous
• Own transport is beneficial
• Ability to commit to a rotating shift pattern
