Compliance Scheduler

We are seeking a detail-oriented Compliance Scheduler to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing compliance schedules across various departments to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements. Your primary duties will include developing and maintaining comprehensive compliance calendars, tracking deadlines, and facilitating communication between teams to ensure timely completion of compliance-related tasks. You will also be tasked with preparing reports on compliance status and identifying potential risks associated with non-compliance.

The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. You should have a background in compliance or regulatory affairs, with an understanding of relevant laws and regulations. Proficiency in scheduling software and Microsoft Office Suite is essential, along with excellent communication skills to liaise with internal stakeholders. Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving will be critical to your success in this position. A degree in a related field or equivalent experience is preferred.
