Grounds Maintenance Operative

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Grounds Maintenance Operative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the appearance of green spaces, parks, and outdoor facilities. Your primary duties will include mowing lawns, trimming hedges, planting flowers, and ensuring all areas are kept clean and free of debris. You will also operate various landscaping equipment, such as lawn mowers, blowers, and trimmers, while adhering to safety protocols and best practices.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a passion for working outdoors. Previous experience in grounds maintenance or landscaping is preferred, along with a basic understanding of horticultural practices. You should be physically fit, able to work independently as well as part of a team, and possess good communication skills.
