Retail Assistant

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Retail Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience. Your primary duties will include greeting customers, assisting with product inquiries, and ensuring that the sales floor is well-organized and visually appealing. You will also be tasked with processing transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash and card payments, and maintaining knowledge of promotions and sales to inform customers effectively.

In addition to customer service, you will be expected to assist with inventory management by restocking shelves, conducting stock checks, and reporting any discrepancies. Maintaining a clean and safe environment is crucial, so you will be responsible for adhering to health and safety guidelines. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, the ability to work well in a team, and a flexible approach to work hours, including evenings and weekends. Previous retail experience is advantageous but not essential, as we provide comprehensive training for the right individual.
