Retail Assistant - FTC

We are seeking a dedicated Retail Assistant on a fixed-term contract to support our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring that all customers have a positive shopping experience. Responsibilities include greeting customers warmly, assisting them with inquiries, and providing product information. You will also handle cash transactions accurately, process sales efficiently, and maintain the overall appearance of the store by keeping shelves stocked and organized.

Additionally, the Retail Assistant will be responsible for monitoring inventory levels and assisting in restocking as needed. You will collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to promotional activities. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, is essential. Ideal candidates will possess strong communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Previous retail experience is preferred but not required; a positive attitude and willingness to learn will be highly valued.
