Team Leader - Londonderry

Role Title  –  Retail Team Leader/Supervisor - Londonderry

35 hours per week - £13.71 per hour

7 Monday, 7 Tuesday, 7 Wednesday, 7 Thursday & 7 Friday

Our Retail Supervisors are key to our business, providing face to face contact and hands-on merchandising expertise in the stores that we work with, and line management responsibility to our team of retail associates. In return we provide:

This will be on a 35 hour contract per week, Monday to Friday.  Pay rate is £12.71 per hour.

Location: You will cover the zone of Londonderry

This is a multi-site role, providing cover in your designated zone so you will need to drive as well as have access to your own vehicle.

Being tech savvy is desirable as we use quite a few apps to make working here as smooth as possible.

Job role -

• You will need to be host and customer-focused, with a friendly, polite, professional and positive attitude – an ambassador for our brands

• Consistently deliver excellent product presentation and visual merchandising standards in order to optimise sales

• Provide line management support to your team of retail associates, providing zone escalation support and ad-hoc expertise when required.

• Follow all operational processes and policies, ensuring an efficient and safe working environment

• Your appointments will be planned for you using our industry-leading scheduling system which you will access on your mobile phone
