Retail Assistant - FTC

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Retail Assistant for a fixed-term contract to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers with their inquiries, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Your day-to-day duties will include maintaining the presentation of the sales floor, restocking shelves, and managing inventory levels. You will also be required to operate the cash register, process transactions accurately, and handle customer returns or exchanges in a professional manner.

To be successful in this position, you will need excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor, as you will be the face of our retail environment. Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred, but we are willing to provide training to the right candidate. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and possess strong organizational skills to manage tasks efficiently.
