Our client is seeking an Assistant Product Marketing Manager to help bring new products to market within a growing consumer products organisation.

This is an excellent opportunity for a marketer who enjoys bringing products to market and working cross-functionally to deliver successful product launches. The role will involve supporting the development and execution of go-to-market plans, coordinating launch activities, and ensuring new products are introduced effectively and on time.  Working closely with Marketing, Product Development and Commercial teams, you will play a key role in helping transform product concepts into successful market launches.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of go-to-market plans for new product launches.
• Coordinate product launch activities from concept through to market introduction.
• Work closely with Product Development, Commercial and external stakeholders throughout the product development and launch process.
• Assist in developing product positioning, launch communications and marketing materials.
• Manage packaging artwork, product imagery and marketing assets.
• Coordinate activity with creative, digital and PR agencies.
• Support website and digital content updates.
• Create engaging presentations and sales support materials.
• Monitor launch performance and support post-launch evaluation.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and to a high standard.

About You

We would love to hear from candidates who have:

• Experience successfully bringing new products to market through the development and execution of go-to-market plans.
• Experience working cross-functionally with Product Development, Commercial teams and external stakeholders to deliver successful product launches.
• A background within consumer goods, consumer products or FMCG marketing.
• Strong project management and organisational skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• A proactive, collaborative and hands-on approach.
• Experience working with retail customers or within retail-focused businesses would be highly advantageous.
• A passion for building brands and launching innovative products.
