CCTV Operator/Customer services

We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant CCTV Operator/Customer Services professional to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring and reviewing CCTV footage to ensure the safety and security of our premises. This role involves identifying and reporting any suspicious activities, documenting incidents, and collaborating with law enforcement when necessary. The CCTV Operator will also be tasked with conducting regular system checks to ensure all equipment is functioning optimally and adhering to relevant regulations and policies.

In addition to surveillance responsibilities, this position requires excellent customer service skills. You will engage with customers and visitors, addressing inquiries and providing assistance in a friendly and professional manner. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills and the ability to handle challenging situations with composure. A background in security or customer service is preferred, along with the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. Proficiency in using CCTV systems and familiarity with security protocols are essential for success in this role.
