CCTV Controller

We are seeking a dedicated CCTV Controller to join our security team, responsible for monitoring and managing video surveillance systems to ensure the safety and security of our premises. The successful candidate will operate and maintain CCTV equipment, ensuring all systems are functioning optimally. You will be tasked with observing live feeds, identifying suspicious activities, and responding promptly to incidents as they occur. Additionally, you will document events and maintain accurate records of incidents, which will be critical for further investigation and reporting purposes.

In this role, you will collaborate with other security personnel and law enforcement as necessary, providing real-time support and intelligence. Strong attention to detail and the ability to remain calm under pressure are essential. Candidates should possess excellent observational skills, the capability to analyze footage, and knowledge of relevant laws and regulations regarding surveillance. A background in security operations or a related field is preferred. You must be able to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, to ensure 24/7 surveillance coverage.
