Accounts Assistant

We are currently looking to recruit an Accounts Assistant on a Part Time basis ( 30 hours per week ) Hours of work : 9am to 5:30 pm Monday to Friday. Salary :£13.00ph to £14.00 ph depending on experience This is a temp role which may lead to long term work but will be reviewed weekly, as will depend on suitability to the role, work load. Own transport required due to location Duties include : • Purchase ledger - post all maintenance and service purchase invoices to sage, approving them for payment. • SAGE 50 experience • Customer service • Providing telephone cover, taking enquiries • Adding, moving, and removing bookings • Replying to emails If you are organised and have SAGE 50 experience, a great telephone manner and Excel ability please get in touch today !
