The Opportunity

I'm currently supporting an award-winning, tech-for-good SaaS business that is looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the development of an exciting new product within the aviation sector.

This is a genuine opportunity to take ownership of a greenfield product from concept through to launch, helping define the product vision, roadmap and long-term strategy from day one.

You'll join a highly collaborative technology business that builds mission-critical software used within live operational environments, delivering technology with genuine real-world impact. Working closely with Engineering, Design and Commercial teams, you'll play a key role in shaping a product that will support the company's continued expansion into a new market.

This role would suit an experienced Product Manager who enjoys building products from scratch, solving complex customer problems and balancing strategic thinking with hands-on product delivery.

What you'll be doing

As Senior Product Manager, you'll take ownership of the product strategy and roadmap, working closely with stakeholders across the business to transform ideas into scalable, commercially successful software.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Defining and owning the product vision, strategy and roadmap for a brand-new aviation-focused platform.
    • Leading the product lifecycle from discovery through to launch and ongoing iteration.
    • Working closely with Engineering and Design to deliver high-quality, user-centric solutions.
    • Collaborating with customers and internal stakeholders to understand requirements and prioritise product development.
    • Balancing commercial objectives, customer needs and technical considerations when making product decisions.
    • Using data and customer feedback to validate product direction and drive continuous improvement.
    • Communicating priorities, risks and delivery plans clearly across Product, Engineering and Leadership teams.
    • Helping establish scalable product management processes as the platform evolves.

About you
You'll ideally have:
  • Proven experience as a Product Manager within a B2B SaaS environment.
    • Experience successfully building and launching products from scratch (0→1).
    • Previous experience within the aviation industry or delivering software into aviation environments.
    • Strong experience defining product strategy, roadmaps and product vision.
    • A customer-first mindset with the ability to balance user needs, commercial priorities and technical constraints.
    • Experience working closely with software engineering teams within Agile environments.
    • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
    • Confidence working autonomously within a fast-paced, scaling technology business.

If you're looking for a role where you'll have genuine ownership, influence product strategy from day one, and help build a product with significant long-term impact, I'd love to hear from you.
