Conservation Architect

Busy Bristol office is expanding its conservation team and is seeking a talented Architect to join their Bristol studio. This is an opportunity to work on a diverse portfolio of historic and listed buildings, contributing to high-quality, design-led conservation and heritage projects across the UK.The role:You will play a key role within project teams, applying strong design and technical skills across all stages of delivery, while contributing positively to the wider studio culture.What the team are looking for:
A qualified Architect with a strong interest in conservation and heritageExperience working across all RIBA Plan of Work stagesAn understanding of UK building regulations, planning policy and heritage guidanceProficiency in Revit (essential) and NBS specification softwareClear and confident communication skills, both written and verbalStrong client-facing ability and collaborative approach to project deliveryA willingness to contribute to knowledge sharing and the development of others with-in the team
