Assembly Operative - Gillingham Business Park - £13.68ph - Monday to Friday  Shift pattern 6am-2pm and 2pm -10pm  We are looking for experienced Assembly Operatives for our client in Gillingham.  Responsibilities • Work with the Team to create wiring harnesses and assemble custom designed CIE, training can be given. • Use basic problem-solving skills to ensure production requirements are met. • Report problems or concerns with the team leader. • Observe, maintain, coordinate and complete a good standard of work. • Follow documented policies and procedures as designated by the company. • Follow detailed instructions, processes, and procedures. • Maintain a clean and organized work area to facilitate manufacturing functions. • Health and Safety in the workplace. Skills, Experience and Person Specification • Ability to follow instructions and diagrams. • Working to tight deadlines with a high level of accuracy. • Good communication skills. • Computer literate. • Experience of working in a manufacturing environment is desirable • Ability to work as part of a team Please apply now for immediate consideration.
