A private equity-backed, leading international media organisation is looking for a Demand Generation Executive to join a newly created demand generation team supporting ambitious digital growth plans.As the business continues to invest in digital products, memberships and audience development, you'll play a key role in building awareness and generating demand through LinkedIn-led campaigns, thought leadership and content marketing. You'll take ownership of LinkedIn as a core demand generation channel, creating engaging content and delivering campaigns that grow audiences and generate high-quality engagement.Key responsibilities include:
Planning and executing LinkedIn paid and organic campaignsManaging social content calendars and thought leadership programmesDriving audience growth and community engagementSupporting employee advocacy initiativesMonitoring campaign performance and reporting on key metricsConducting A/B testing and identifying optimisation opportunitiesCollaborating with Brand, Campaign Marketing and Marketing Operations teams
What We're Looking For

Experience in B2B social media or digital marketingStrong knowledge of LinkedIn marketing and audience engagementExperience creating engaging content across corporate social channelsAnalytical mindset with experience using social media insights and GA4Experience with social scheduling tools and marketing platformsExcellent copywriting and communication skills
