Adult Social Worker, IFD Team, Barnet
We are recruiting a qualified, skilled and committed Social Worker with experience in adult social care to work in Social Care Direct (which is our Front Door Team).
Social Care Direct is the first point of contact for all initial enquiries about social care. You will put the person at the heart of the assessment and involve their families, friends and communities around them to help improve their lives and help them meet their goals.
£33.15 per hour
