Rotating Shifts | Monday to Friday
Week 1: 6:00am - 2:00pm
Week 2: 2:00pm - 10:00pm

We are currently recruiting for Production Operatives to join a globally recognised confectionery manufacturer at their state-of-the-art facility in Estover, Plymouth.

The Role:

As a Production Operative, you'll play an important role in ensuring products are manufactured efficiently and meet the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities include:

• Operating and monitoring production equipment
  
  
• Supplying materials to production lines
  
  
• Carrying out quality inspections and checks
  
  
• Following health and safety procedures at all times
  
  
• Keeping work areas clean, organised, and hygienic
  
  
• Supporting the wider production team to meet production targets
  
  

This is a hands-on role that involves standing for long periods and working in a fast-paced environment.

About You

We're looking for individuals who are:

• Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
  
  
• Able to work a rotating shift pattern of mornings and afternoons
  
  
• Comfortable working within a fast-paced manufacturing environment
  
  
• Able to work effectively as part of a team
  
  
• Keen to learn new skills and procedures
  
  
• Experienced within manufacturing, production, or machine operation (desirable but not essential)
  
  

Please note: Due to the location of the site and shift start/finish times, own transport is essential.
