Key Responsibilities

As an Early Career Teacher in this primary school, your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting pupil progress through effective assessment, marking, and feedback
  • Managing classroom behaviour confidently and consistently

Requirements for the ECT Teaching Position

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Confidence teaching across the primary age range
