Primary Class Teacher

A supportive and welcoming primary school in the Kings Heath area is seeking an enthusiastic, dedicated Class Teacher to join the team. The Role

The successful candidate will:

• Deliver well‑structured, engaging lessons that inspire and challenge pupils
• Create an inclusive, positive classroom environment
• Assess and monitor pupil progress effectively
• Maintain high expectations for behaviour and learning
• Work collaboratively with colleagues and families to support pupil development
• Contribute to the wider life of the school and its community

About You

We are looking for someone who brings energy, professionalism, and a genuine passion for primary education. You will have:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) / PGCE
• Strong subject knowledge and effective classroom practice
• Experience within a primary school setting (minimum 3 months)
• A reflective, proactive approach to teaching and learning
• A commitment to fostering a positive, inclusive learning environment
