Retail Assistant

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience for our clientele. Your primary duties will include assisting customers with their inquiries, processing transactions efficiently at the point of sale, and ensuring that the sales floor is well-stocked and visually appealing. You will also help maintain a clean and organized store environment while adhering to company policies and procedures.

To excel in this role, you should possess excellent communication skills and a passion for retail. Previous experience in a retail environment is preferred but not essential, as we are willing to train the right candidate. Key responsibilities include restocking shelves, handling customer returns and exchanges, and participating in inventory management. You will also play a vital role in promoting special offers and new products to drive sales. Flexibility in working hours, including weekends and holidays, is required.
