Construction Manager - Utilities (Mains Renewal)
📍London ( Thames Water ) (M25 Corridor)

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Construction Manager to support ongoing mains renewal projects within the utilities sector (water and/or gas) across the London area.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established contractor delivering critical infrastructure work on major utility frameworks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage mains renewal and replacement projects (water and/or gas)
- Ensure works are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard
- Manage site teams, subcontractors, and daily operations
- Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and local authorities
- Ensure full compliance with health & safety and industry regulations
- Maintain accurate site records and reporting
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Construction Manager or Site Manager within utilities
- Strong background in mains renewal / replacement / pipeline projects
- Experience in water or gas sectors
- NRSWA (Streetworks) - essential
- EUSR - highly desirable
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Full UK driving licence
