Retail Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Retail Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a welcoming shopping environment, and assisting customers with their inquiries. Your primary duties will include greeting customers, helping them locate products, and offering recommendations based on their needs. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and a passion for helping customers. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not required. Additionally, you will assist with processing transactions at the cash register, handling payments, and managing returns or exchanges.
