What you'll be doing

As our Independent Financial Adviser, your core responsibilities will include:

Conducting in-depth financial planning reviews, analysing clients' circumstances and preparing bespoke reports across all areas of advice

Keeping clients and introducers updated on market changes, new products, and legislation affecting their planning

Growing new business through personal development, referrals, lead generation and effective networking with professionals and introducers

Meeting clients face-to-face (at home, office, or business premises) and virtually via Microsoft Teams to understand their evolving needs

Maximising marketing opportunities via social media and professional networking to build your personal brand

Delivering accurate management information and maintaining strong client and introducer relationships through seminars and regular contact

Who we're looking for

Your background:

Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (or FCA-approved equivalent) with CF30 status maintained

Proven experience as a financial adviser with a track record of building and managing a client base

Demonstrated success in attracting new clients through networking, business development and referral generation
