Atkins Search are currently recruiting for an Associate Director Quantity Surveying to join a highly reputable, award-winning Construction Consultancy based in Nottingham.

My client are a multi-disciplinary Construction Consultancy in Nottingham consisting of Quantity Surveyors and Project Managers who provide a variety of Cost Management and Quantity Surveying services across a variety of property sectors including both built environment and infrastructure across the East Midlands. ROLE

As Associate Director Quantity Surveying, your responsibilities will be wide and varied, to include the day to day operational and project tasks with strategic input as required.

Managing projects from inception to completion in a lead capacity
Providing leadership and mentoring members of staff including juniors and apprentices
Client facing to develop new business and maintain existing relationships
Providing services such as cost estimates, cost planning, tendering, bills of quantities, final accounts, post contract duties, value engineering, fund monitoring and business cases etc.
