KS2 PPA Cover Teacher- North Liverpool 

We are recruiting for a Primary Teacher for a Primary School in North Liverpool  to work on a long-term basis.

The KS2 PPA Cover Teacher role is starting in September 2026 and will be a temporary, long-term role.This KS2 PPA Cover Teacher role is working 5 x full days per week Monday to Friday 08:30am- 16:00pm. The role of a KS2 PPA Cover Teacher is to work across all KS2 year groups covering PPA as and when required to do so. You will be given a timetable to follow each week, and you will work closely with the class Teachers and Support Staff whilst undertaking PPA.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Teaching the children in class and ensuring they complete their work to a high standard
• Guiding children through the curriculum, marking work and setting homework tasks
• Planning and delivering engaging lessons
• Upholding the school’s behaviour and safeguarding policies
• Promoting an accepting, inclusive classroom where every student feels they belong

Requirements or Skills:

• A teaching qualification with QTS
• Recent teaching experience in a school or education setting
• Excellent knowledge of the national curriculum
• Strong classroom and behaviour management
• Exceptional organisational skills to keep on top of marking and lesson planning
