Head of Human Resources - ABN - 12month FTC

We are seeking an experienced Head of Human Resources to lead our HR function on a 12-month fixed-term contract. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with organizational goals, ensuring the effective management of talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, and succession planning. You will oversee the HR team, providing guidance and support to ensure that HR policies and procedures are effectively communicated and adhered to across the organization.

In this role, you will collaborate with senior leadership to drive a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the workforce. Key responsibilities include managing employee relations, implementing training and development programs, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations. You will also handle compensation and benefits administration, conduct workforce analytics, and champion diversity and inclusion initiatives to foster a positive work environment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of strategic HR leadership and the ability to navigate complex organizational dynamics.

The successful candidate will possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, coupled with a strong understanding of HR best practices and trends. A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required, along with significant experience in HR management at a senior level.
