About the role
We are recruiting for a Trainee / Improver Estimator & Contracts Manager to join a specialist subcontractor within the drylining and suspended ceilings sector.
This is a development role offering training across both estimating and contract management duties, working alongside experienced professionals with long-term progression opportunities.
Requirements:
- Some experience within construction (ideally interiors/drylining)
- Good numerical and IT skills
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Strong willingness to learn and progress
Desirable:
- Ability to read construction drawings and specifications
- Exposure to take-off/estimating software (e.g. Bluebeam or similar)
- Understanding of construction processes and site-based work
- Relevant construction qualification or equivalent experience
- CSCS card
