GDO HR Regional Advisor, UK

We are seeking a dedicated GDO HR Regional Advisor for the UK to provide expert support in the implementation and management of HR initiatives across the region. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for HR-related inquiries, ensuring alignment with local regulations, company policies, and best practices. You will be responsible for advising on talent acquisition, performance management, and employee relations, fostering a positive work environment that promotes engagement and retention.

As an integral part of the HR team, you will conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance managerial capabilities and support employee development. You will collaborate closely with regional leaders to identify HR needs and develop tailored solutions that drive organizational effectiveness. Additionally, you will monitor HR metrics and provide insights to facilitate strategic decision-making, ensuring that HR practices support business goals while adhering to compliance standards.

To succeed in this role, you should have a solid background in HR management, with experience in a regional or global HR function preferred.
