Retail Assistant - FTC

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Retail Assistant on a fixed-term contract to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the face of our store, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for all visitors. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting customers with their inquiries, maintaining product displays, and managing stock levels to ensure availability. You will also be responsible for processing transactions efficiently and accurately, as well as handling returns and exchanges in accordance with company policies.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor, with a strong ability to engage with customers and build rapport. Previous experience in a retail environment is preferred, but not essential as full training will be provided. You will need to demonstrate a proactive approach to problem-solving and be able to work effectively as part of a team. Flexibility in working hours is essential, including evenings and weekends, to meet the demands of the retail environment.
