Operations Manager
Location: North West | Site-based
Salary: £63,000-£65,000 + Benefits
The Opportunity
We’re supporting a specialist education provider to appoint an experienced Operations Manager to join the senior leadership team at one of its education settings.
This is a broad leadership role, overseeing operational performance, HR, compliance and business support functions, ensuring the setting operates effectively while supporting outstanding outcomes for learners.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead operational and business support services.
- Oversee HR, recruitment and workforce planning.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and safeguarding requirements.
- Monitor operational performance and drive continuous improvement.
- Support financial and resource planning.
- Work closely with senior leaders to deliver strategic objectives.
About You
You’ll have:
- Senior operational leadership experience.
- A background within education, health, social care or another regulated environment.
- Strong HR, compliance and people management experience.
- Excellent leadership, organisational and stakeholder management skills.
