Product Owner - Service Platforms & ExperienceContract: 6 Months Rate: up to £650,00 Inside IR35 Start Date: ASAP Location: London (Wood Street), 1-2 days per week onsite Interview Process: One StageOverviewAn exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Product Owner to join a major UK enterprise organisation undergoing a significant business and technology transformation.This programme is entering a critical delivery phase, and the successful candidate will play a key role in driving progress, shaping product strategy, and ensuring successful delivery of service platform capabilities. Youll work closely with transformation teams, technology leaders and business stakeholders to prioritise delivery, maximise value and help modernise core service platforms.Were looking for someone who can quickly take ownership, work autonomously, and make an immediate impact within a complex, enterprise-scale environment.Key Responsibilities Define and own the product vision, strategy and roadmap for Service Platforms & Experience. Lead the evolution of service platforms into a modern, integrated and scalable product ecosystem. Own and prioritise the product backlog, ensuring focus remains on delivering measurable business value. Drive agile product delivery, working closely with delivery teams and third-party suppliers. Collaborate with Technology, Operations, Architecture and Transformation teams to align product priorities with organisational objectives. Champion user-centred design and product-led ways of working across the organisation. Use data, customer insight and service performance metrics to inform prioritisation and continuous improvement. Balance ongoing transformation initiatives with the stability and resilience of live operational services. Manage stakeholder relationships across technical and business functions, ensuring alignment throughout the product lifecycle. Ensure service platforms integrate effectively within the wider enterprise technology landscape.Essential Experience Proven experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager within large, complex enterprise environments. Strong understanding of Agile product management, including backlog ownership, prioritisation and iterative delivery. Experience defining product strategy, vision and roadmaps with a focus on delivering measurable outcomes. Demonstrable experience managing enterprise service platforms, CRM, workflow, case management, self-service or similar technology products. Experience translating business and user needs into prioritised product backlogs and delivery plans. Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders and cross-functional teams. Experience balancing transformation delivery alongside operational service stability. Comfortable working across multiple technology platforms with a solution-focused mindset. Data-driven approach to product management, using insights and performance metrics to drive decisions. Ability to operate independently and become effective within a short onboarding period. Desirable Qualifications Degree (or equivalent experience) in Technology, Business or a related discipline. Agile or Product certifications such as SAFe, Scrum Master, Certified Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent.Skills Product strategy, roadmap and lifecycle management.
