Retail Security Officer

We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Retail Security Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of the retail premises, employees, and customers. Your primary duties will include monitoring surveillance equipment, conducting regular patrols of the store, and responding promptly to incidents or alarms. You will also be tasked with identifying and addressing potential security risks, as well as maintaining a visible presence to deter theft and other criminal activities.

Additionally, you will be required to assist in the investigation of theft and fraud, documenting any incidents and preparing detailed reports. Strong communication skills are essential, as you will be collaborating with store management and law enforcement when necessary. The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for detail, the ability to remain calm under pressure, and a commitment to maintaining a safe shopping environment for all. Previous experience in security or loss prevention is preferred but not mandatory.
