JOB TITLE: Insolvency Solicitor
PQE: 4+ PQE
LOCATION: Norwich
SALARY: £DOE

THE ROLE:
• Join a busy and well-regarded team in Norwich.
• You will be dealing with a varied mix of contentious and non-contentious work, advising a broad client base on complex and fast-moving matters.
• As the appointed Insolvency Solicitor, you will be dealing with business restructurings and formal insolvency processes, winding -up proceedings, directors’ duties and contentious insolvency matters.

THE CANDIDATE:
• You will have at least 4 years PQE in dealing with insolvency / restructuring matters.
• Individuals with contentious and non-contentious insolvency related experience are encouraged to apply for this role.
• With strong technical knowledge, you will be able to demonstrate excellent communication and organisational skills together with the ability to work well under pressure within a fast-paced environment.
