You will be responsible for preparing quotations, identifying suitable solutions, assisting with technical projects and helping drive continuous improvement initiatives.   Key responsibilities include:   • Responding to technical enquiries and customer requests • Producing detailed quotations and estimates • Recommending the most suitable technical solutions • Supporting customers with projects and technical challenges • Assisting with technical training for internal and external stakeholders • Investigating customer complaints and improvement opportunities • Supporting field sales teams during customer visits • Delivering projects and reports within agreed timescales • Maintaining accurate records and administrative documentation • Attending exhibitions, meetings and industry events when required   About You   To be successful in this role, you will ideally have: • A STEM degree or relevant industry experience • Experience within technical sales, engineering, manufacturing or food processing • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal • Commercial awareness and sound judgement • Strong organisational and project management abilities • High levels of IT literacy • Good Maths and English skills • A proactive approach and desire to continuously develop knowledge • Additional language skills would be advantageous   Apply today to take the next step in your engineering and technical sales career.
