Valuation Surveyor, Surveyor to Associate level | Sheffield, Nottingham & Chesterfield

Up to £55,000 + Bonus | 100% Remote | Full-Time or Part-Time

We're recruiting two Valuation Surveyors to join a highly respected, specialist, family-run consultancy. Established for over 26 years, the business has a fantastic reputation within the healthcare property sector and offers genuine flexibility rarely found in the market.

The Role

Covering the Midlands you'll manage your own caseload, undertaking:

• Property inspections and Valuations
• Rent reviews
• Heads of Terms
• Lease negotiations
• Client liaison

About You

We're keen to speak with surveyors who have:

• 1+ years' valuation experience (ideally commercial)
• Property inspection experience
• Lease consultancy or lease negotiation experience (desirable)
• Strong organisational skills and ability to work independently
• Full UK driving licence

Package

• Up to £55,000 depending on experience
• Performance-related bonus and salary pension
• Business mileage reimbursement
• RICS subscription paid
