Our client, based in beautiful, modern offices in Stoke-on-Trent, is looking to recruit a professional Corporate Housekeeper to help ensure their workplace consistently delivers a first-class experience for both clients and colleagues. This is far more than a traditional housekeeping role. You’ll play an integral part in maintaining the exceptional presentation of a prestigious office environment, ensuring meeting spaces, client areas and communal facilities are always welcoming, spotless and ready for use. Working closely with the Front of House team, you’ll help create an environment that reflects the company’s commitment to quality, professionalism and outstanding service. This is a varied, hands-on position where you’ll be moving throughout the building during the day, if you enjoy keeping busy, have a keen eye for detail and take pride in seeing the difference your work makes, this could be the perfect opportunity. Daily duties will include…

• Preparing meeting rooms, boardrooms, and premium client spaces to an exceptional standard before and after meetings.
• Maintaining immaculate presentation throughout reception, client lounges, meeting rooms, kitchens, tea points and communal areas.
• Carrying out regular floor walks to ensure all working areas remain clean, tidy and fully stocked throughout the day
• Ensuring refreshments and hospitality areas are always presented to the highest standard.
• Completing daily checks within set areas, maintaining exceptional levels of cleanliness and organisation
• Working closely with the Front of House team to understand the day’s meeting schedule and prepare rooms accordingly
• Reporting any maintenance or housekeeping issues promptly to ensure the office environment remains first class.

The successful candidate will take enormous pride in maintaining exceptional standards and understand the importance of presentation within a professional corporate environment. Previous experience within Housekeeping, Hospitality, Front of House, Hotels or a similar role would be highly advantageous. This is a uniformed position and would suit a polished, professional individual who takes pride in their appearance. You’ll have excellent attention to detail, enjoy working as part of a team and be proactive in maintaining exceptionally high standards throughout the office.

Please note: This is a physically active role which involves being on your feet for much of the working day, regularly moving throughout the building to prepare client spaces, maintain communal areas and ensure the office environment always remains immaculate. This position is Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 6:00pm (45 hours per week).
