Retail Assistant

We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Retail Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers with their inquiries, and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience. Your duties will include welcoming customers as they enter the store, offering assistance in product selection, and providing detailed information about our products and promotions. Additionally, you will handle transactions at the cash register, process payments, and manage returns and exchanges efficiently.

As a Retail Assistant, you will also be responsible for maintaining the store's visual standards by ensuring shelves are stocked, organized, and displayed attractively. You will assist in inventory management, including receiving and unpacking shipments, conducting stock checks, and reporting low inventory levels. A key part of your role will be to create a friendly and engaging atmosphere that encourages repeat business. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work well in a team environment while managing multiple tasks effectively.
