Retail Assistant - FTC

We are seeking a dedicated Retail Assistant on a Fixed Term Contract to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring that each customer has a positive shopping experience. Your duties will include assisting customers with inquiries, processing transactions at the cash register, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. You will also be involved in stock management, including receiving deliveries, replenishing shelves, and conducting inventory checks to ensure stock levels are adequate.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor, with a passion for retail and customer service. You should be able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Previous experience in a retail environment is preferred but not essential. Flexibility in working hours, including evenings and weekends, is required.
