The Opportunity
You will act as a "software detective"-investigating complex technical issues, keeping core retail systems running smoothly, and driving continuous system improvements.Your Impact

• Rapid Issue Resolution: Diagnose and resolve complex software glitches across business-critical systems to keep retail operations seamless.
• Technical Leadership: Serve as a subject matter expert, taking ownership of team decisions and collaborating across teams to solve big challenges.
• System Optimization: Identify opportunities to improve system performance, stability, and overall service quality.
• Knowledge Sharing: Document troubleshooting guides, train team members, and elevate team-wide technical capabilities.

Your Experience

• Core Skills: Advanced proficiency in GK Point of Sale (POS) systems with strong L3 support / troubleshooting experience.
• Engineering Support: Solid background in business process implementation and cross-team issue resolution.
• Problem Solver: Excellent communication, cross-functional collaboration, and decision-making abilities.
• Bonus Points: Experience with SAP for Retail POS.
