Retail Assistant

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers. Your primary duties will include assisting customers with their inquiries, providing product information, and helping them locate items within the store. You will also operate the cash register, process transactions efficiently, and handle returns and exchanges in a friendly and professional manner.

In addition to customer service, you will play a key role in maintaining the store's presentation. This includes restocking shelves, organizing merchandise, and ensuring that displays are attractive and well-maintained. You will also assist with inventory management and participate in regular stocktakes. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
