Retail Assistant

We are seeking a motivated Retail Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers with product selection, and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience. You will be required to maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay updated on promotions and inventory. Responsibilities include greeting customers, answering inquiries, and processing transactions efficiently and accurately. You will also assist in merchandising and maintaining store cleanliness, ensuring that displays are appealing and well-stocked.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Previous retail experience is preferred but not essential; we are willing to train the right individual. Flexibility in working hours, including evenings and weekends, is necessary. An ability to work as part of a team, alongside a commitment to achieving sales targets and providing an outstanding customer experience, is essential.
