Handyman/Porter

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Handyman/Porter to join our team. In this multifaceted role, you will be responsible for performing general maintenance and repairs on the property, ensuring that all facilities are safe, functional, and welcoming. Your duties will include conducting routine inspections, fixing plumbing or electrical issues, painting, and performing minor carpentry tasks. Additionally, you will assist with the setup and breakdown of events, transport furniture and equipment, and maintain cleanliness in common areas.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong knowledge of maintenance procedures and safety protocols, along with excellent problem-solving skills. You should be able to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a proactive approach to addressing repairs and maintenance needs. A valid driver’s license is preferred, and previous experience in a similar role is highly advantageous.
