£42,000 Per year, PAYE position.

The Role:
Regen Solutions are currently looking for an experienced Plumber Multi to carry out maintenance works within the Social Housing sector.
The majority of the work will involve day-to-day reactive repairs in occupied and void properties across Westminster.
This is a straight permanent, PAYE position with a company van and fuel card provided from day one.
Main duties include:
- Multi-trade maintenance works
- Plumbing repairs and installations
- Fault finding and resolving plumbing issues
- Basic carpentry repairs
- Basic plastering repairs
- Painting and decorating
- Splashback tiling
- General property maintenance
Social Housing experience, a full set of tools, and a full UK driving licence are essential for this Plumber Multi role.
