Retail Assistant

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Retail Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, ensuring a pleasant shopping experience. Your primary duties will include greeting customers, assisting them with product inquiries, and helping them locate merchandise within the store. You will be tasked with maintaining the sales floor, organizing displays, and restocking shelves as needed to ensure that our products are readily available and attractively presented.

Additionally, you will handle transactions at the checkout, process returns, and manage inventory levels. Strong communication skills are essential, as you will interact with a diverse range of customers and address their needs effectively. Attention to detail is crucial, as you will also be responsible for ensuring that all pricing is accurate and that promotional displays are current. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Previous retail experience is a plus, but not required.
