Job Title Office Administrator Summary We are seeking a skilled Office Administrator to provide essential administrative and coordination support to a major energy sector project team in Leatherhead. This 6‑month contract role is ideal for someone proactive and highly organised, looking to contribute to a busy office environment where attention to detail is key. Salary £18 per hour PAYE Location and Working Pattern Leatherhead, on‑site 5 days per week (40 hours per week)6-Month Contract Client Overview Our client is a leading organisation within the oil and gas industry, delivering large‑scale international projects with a commitment to excellence. ResponsibilitiesManage and maintain catering and coffee ordersOrganise meeting rooms, conference facilities, and arrange catering for meetingsCoordinate seating allocations, furniture requirements, and new starter arrangementsPrepare, number, issue and file project letters and documentationAdminister SharePoint access and manage project lists and registers (vacation, IT equipment, catering, travel logs)Liaise with IT for conference room set‑up, equipment issues, and general support for the project teamMaintain office facilities including photocopiers and printers through IT liaisonArrange taxis, travel, and logistical support for visitors and business tripsPrepare TV monitor for daily toolbox talks and distribute related materialsSupport relocation activities for client personnel and families, including accommodation, schooling, and local arrangementsAssist with document management activities as requiredMust‑have RequirementsProven experience in office administration or similar coordination rolesProficiency in SharePoint, Microsoft Word and ExcelHighly organised with excellent communication skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities independentlyStrong problem‑solving skills and self‑starter mindsetNice‑to‑have SkillsExperience using DocuSignPrior experience in oil and gas or engineering project environments Apply Now Ready to take on this 6‑month opportunity?
