About the role

Lead Officer, Housing ICT (CX Asset Management)
Location: Fully Remote, with occasional travel to site if required
Rate: £500 to £650 per day Umbrella, depending on experience
Contract: 4 Months
Working Pattern: Part Time, 2 Days Per Week
IR35: Inside IR35
The Opportunity
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Lead Officer to provide specialist expertise across Housing ICT, with a particular focus on Civica CX Asset Management.
This contract will support the ongoing development and optimisation of housing asset management systems, ensuring high quality asset data, reporting and system integrations.
Key Responsibilities Lead and support the CX Asset Management function.
Manage housing asset management information including stock condition data, SAVA surveys and EPC information.
Support planned and completed maintenance records.
Maintain equipment and asset information.
Provide guidance around Decent Homes requirements.
Support compliance monitoring and asset forecasting.
Develop and maintain reporting using SQL, SSRS and Power BI.
Support system integrations and interfaces across housing applications.
Work with Total Mobile Cloud Dialogues API.
Manage Azure Storage Explorer and SharePoint EDM integrations.
Work closely with Housing, ICT and business stakeholders to improve data quality and system performance. Essential Skills Strong experience with Civica CX Asset Management.
Excellent understanding of housing asset management.
Experience with stock condition data, SAVA surveys and EPC information.
Knowledge of planned and completed maintenance.
Understanding of Decent Homes.
Strong SQL and SSRS reporting skills.
Experience using Power BI.
Knowledge of Total Mobile Cloud Dialogues API.
Experience with Azure Storage Explorer.
Experience with SharePoint EDM.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Desirable Experience working within Local Government or Social Housing.
Knowledge of compliance reporting and asset forecasting.
Experience supporting housing system integrations and interfaces. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Housing Systems specialist to support a major housing asset management programme on a flexible, predominantly remote contract.
