The Role

You will manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion, providing practical advice and outstanding client service throughout the transaction process.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing a caseload of residential property matters, including:
  • Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
  • Re-mortgages and transfers of equity
  • New build and shared ownership transactions
• Providing clear and practical advice to clients
• Maintaining strong relationships with clients, agents and other professionals
• Supporting the continued growth of the property team

Candidate Requirements

• Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Legal Executive
• 3-8 years' experience within residential conveyancing
• Ability to manage a caseload independently
• Strong client care and communication skills
• Organised, proactive and team-oriented approach
