TSR Legal are seeking a Legal Assistant (Conveyancing) to join a modern, forward-thinking law firm in Bridgend. This is a full-time, on-site role providing essential support to a conveyancing fee earner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing day-to-day administrative and legal support to the conveyancing team.

• Preparing and managing legal documentation for property transactions.

• Assisting with post-completion matters and client communications.

• Maintaining accurate records and ensuring deadlines are met.

• Liaising with clients, solicitors, estate agents, and other relevant parties.

Requirements:

• Previous conveyancing experience is essential.

• Excellent organisational and communication skills.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
