Multi Skilled Shift Engineer - Electrical & Mechanical Engineer

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Multi Skilled Shift Engineer with expertise in both electrical and mechanical engineering to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for the maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of a variety of machinery and equipment to ensure optimal operational efficiency. You will conduct regular inspections, perform preventive maintenance, and respond promptly to equipment breakdowns, ensuring minimum downtime and maximum productivity.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of electrical systems, PLCs, and mechanical components, demonstrating a hands-on approach to problem-solving. You will work collaboratively with other engineering staff to implement continuous improvement initiatives and assist in project work as required. Excellent communication skills and the ability to maintain accurate records of maintenance activities are essential. A commitment to safety and adherence to industry regulations are paramount in this role.

To be considered for this position, you should possess an appropriate engineering qualification and relevant experience in a similar role, ideally within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
