Mechanical Engineer - NPE

We are seeking a talented Mechanical Engineer specializing in New Product Engineering (NPE) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for the design, development, and testing of innovative mechanical systems and components. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that new products meet performance, quality, and reliability standards. Key duties include conducting feasibility studies, developing prototypes, and performing necessary simulations to validate designs. You will also be tasked with identifying and solving technical challenges throughout the product development lifecycle.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in mechanical engineering principles, including proficiency in CAD software and familiarity with materials and manufacturing processes. A Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field is required, along with a minimum of three years of experience in a similar role. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, as well as the ability to communicate technical information effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
